We offer you all the convenience of shopping.
The clauses for Taken from our shops:
- Customers can choose to take the order from our shops, the following are the address of our shops:
- Chai Wan Shop: 3/F, 1 Ning Foo Street, Chai Wan, HK
- Mongkok Shop: Shop 148A, 1/F Chic Castle, President Comm. Ctr, 602-608 Nathan Rd, Mongkok, KLN
- Tsuen Wan Shop: Rm 645, 6/F Nan Fung Centre, 264-298 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, NT
- If customer choose to take the order from our shops, no delivery charge and postage charge will be added to the order.
- Recipient should go to the shop specified in person to take the order. We will check the HKID of the Recipient with the name specified in the order. We may check the credit card information. If you cannot take the order in person, please contact us!
The clauses for Local delivery :
- If customer choose to deliver the merchandise in Hong Kong, HK$40 delivery charge will be added to the order.
- If the delivery address is not close to MTR stations, additional postage charge may be added to the order. We will ask for an confirmation to delivery the order.
- The invoice will be attached with the merchandise within the delivery package.
- Once the payment of handling and postage charge were accepted by bank, there will be no cancellation or refund provided.
The clauses for Overseas delivery :
- Customer can request the merchandise to deliver overseas, but a handling and postage charge will be added. All orders are shipped via Express Air Mail unless otherwise requested by you on your orders. We can ship you package any way you desire other than Express Air Mail (for example FedEX overnight service). You will have to bear all charges to what the Express Services or shipping company will be charging us for the service.
- When ordering from our web site, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. eHealthScience.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs taxes and/or duties, and subsequently returned to eHealthScience.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Customer can only pay the delivery charge by Visa card or Master card.
- After we received the purchase order from customer, we will contact customer by email, to confirm all the details of the merchandise which include the price, the postage charge, the method of delivery and the date of delivery, and will arrange the delivery subsequently.
- After customer confirmed with the purchase, the sales amount and overseas postage charge will be deducted from customer's credit card and all the transactions will be in terms of HK$. If customer's credit card is in terms of other currency, the exchange rate will be decided by the card issuing bank.
- The invoice will be attached with the merchandise within the delivery package.
