Sunscreen
Recently two substances commonly found in sunscreen products, PBSA (2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonic acid) and Octyl Methoxycinnamate(OMC), were found to damage human skin cells. The effect was actually more pronounced when these substances were subjected to light.

Natural sunscreens do not rely on synthetic substances such as those mentioned above.
